Ampello started with a simple observation: the best sales floors feel alive. There’s a scoreboard on the wall, a contest on the line, and reps checking their rank between every door. The worst ones feel like a spreadsheet — quiet, stale, and invisible until the manager tallies it up at night.
Most software made that second problem worse, burying reps in admin and dashboards built for headquarters, not the field. So we built the opposite: a platform designed for a phone in a driveway, where seeing the score, chasing a competition, and knowing exactly which door to knock next is one tap away.
